1.Introduction
We are a legitimate, registered home-based business in Taguig City. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern all bag repair and authentication services provided through our website: https://www.luxauthenticate.com.
2. Quotes and Initial Assessment
Estimates Based on Images: All quotes are rough estimates based solely on the images you provide.
Instructions: If you want only specific areas restored, provide detailed instructions; otherwise, we will proceed with a full restoration.
Additional Damages: Upon receipt, we will inspect your item and notify you of any additional damage. You may choose whether to proceed with additional repairs.
Mandatory Repairs: If additional damage affects the requested service, repairs will be required and may incur extra charges.
3. Down Payment and Shipping
Non- Refundable Down Payment: A minimum of 50% of the quoted price is required before work begins. You will receive an acknowledgment receipt for your down payment and an official receipt upon full payment.
Shipping Costs: All delivery and pickup expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
Priority Option: Repairs paid in full will be prioritized and started the next day.
4. Timeframes, Process, and Costs
Estimated Timeframes: Provided timeframes are estimates and may change due to various factors.
Final Quote: The final quote and estimated completion date will be confirmed after we receive your item.
Additional Repairs: Extra repairs may extend the repair time.
Material Availability: Replacement materials may affect repair timelines.
Repair Over Replacement: We prioritize repairing original parts to preserve authenticity.
Budget: We aim to work within your budget and the initial quote.
5. Repair Process and Communication
Individual Assessment: Each repair is evaluated for the best approach.
Efficient Completion: We strive for timely repairs without cutting corners.
Updates: Due to high demand, frequent updates are not possible. Please contact us weekly for updates.
No Guaranteed Deadlines: Complex repairs may have unpredictable timelines.
Time Constraints: If you need your bag repaired in less than 5 days, please do not send it for repair.
6. Job Processing
Order of Service: Jobs are processed in the order received.
Deep Cleaning: Deep cleaning can be completed in as little as three days.
7. Warranty
Limited Warranty: Offered in select cases for up to 7 days after repair completion.
Post-Warranty Repairs: Additional charges apply after the warranty period.
Exclusions: Warranty may not apply to certain services at our discretion.
8. Customer Withdrawal
Early Collection: If you collect your item before repairs are finished, you must sign a waiver releasing us from liability.
Non-Refundable Down Payment: Down payments are non-refundable.
Withdrawn Items: Items withdrawn before completion will not be accepted back for repair.
Unforeseen Delays: Delays may occur; we appreciate your patience.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In the unlikely event that an item is lost while in our possession, our liability is strictly limited to the documented value of the item (official receipts, appraisals, purchase records) subject to internal investigation and validation.
For items of uncertain or disputed value, compensation may be based on fair market value or a mutually agreed amount. We will not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, nor for any consequential or emotional damages. Items unclaimed after 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Taguig City, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of a recognized Philippine arbitration body. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse any repair or authentication request.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your bag for repair or authentication, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We are committed to treating all clients with respect and dignity, and we expect the same in return. Any form of abusive, threatening, or defamatory behavior—including libelous social media posts—will not be tolerated and will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
